New updates to w2w!
I have now updated the public version of w2w to fix the problem with cUrl error no 5. The new version, 0.98, also includes automatic update checks and can be found here.I have also made a new beta that shows some progress information during the upload process. If you are interested in trying that version (and are not already in the beta-program) please let me know in a comment or email.

Error 7 is could not connect to host and 67 means that w2w couldn't login because the username or password was rejected by the server. So I would suggest that you try to enter your information again to make sure you haven't mistyped anything.
The fact that you leaved the remote folder field empty shouldn't affect this problem. However, most hosting services need you to put a folder name there, it could be your domain name or www or public_html or something else, you should be able to find out from your hosting provider.
